**Terms and Conditions for the Hybrid Camp Counselor Course**
**I. General Provisions**
**§ 1**
These Terms and Conditions define the rules of using the hybrid course for a Camp Counselor (camp caretaker), owned by “Henc i spółka” Paweł Henc headquartered at 67-200 Głogów, 43b Jedności Robotniczej Street, NIP: 6931333758.
**§ 2**
The expressions used in these Terms and Conditions mean:
– Registration Form – a questionnaire filled out by the User during the registration process on the Platform.
– Password – a string of characters defined by the user or generated by the Platform during the password recovery process.
– Username (Login) – a unique User identifier defined during the registration process.
– Logging in – confirmation of a registered User’s identity by providing a username and password.
– eWychowawca.pl – the owner of the hybrid course for Camp Counselors.
– Platform – a virtual educational platform available online at eWychowawca.pl.
– User – a person using the Platform.
– Registered User – a user who has completed the registration form and thus entered into an Agreement with eWychowawca.pl, having access to a wider range of Platform content.
– User Profile – a standard set of User data provided during registration.
– Training Company – a company offering its courses on the Moodle platform.
– Organizer – the training company organizing the course and taking legal and financial responsibility for proper service to its participants.
– Trainer – an individual conducting courses.
**II. Use of the Service**
**§ 3**
– The hybrid course for a “Camp Counselor” is available to any Internet user who is of legal age, possesses at least secondary education, has an aptitude for working with children, and meets the appropriate health conditions. Individuals with criminal records should not participate in this course.
– Access to the hybrid camp counselor course is paid.
– Some parts of the hybrid course may be free; however, freely provided information may require a password and other data.
– By participating in the hybrid course, the user acknowledges and accepts the Terms and Conditions.
– Availability to the hybrid course occurs no sooner than the payment is recorded in the payment system.
– All comments regarding the quality of the hybrid course should be directed to the Organizer, i.e., eWychowawca.pl.
– Access to the hybrid course is granted only to those meeting the following conditions:
– Legal age (18 years or older).
– Minimum secondary education.
– Aptitude for working with children and youth.
– Appropriate health conditions.
– No criminal record and no pending criminal proceedings.
– Completion of practical courses as per the MEN regulation dated January 16, 2015.
**§ 4**
– Access to most resources of the hybrid course requires logging in.
– The free version allows non-account holders to log in as a “Demo.”
– The course for Camp Counselors is paid. Cost includes learning, issuing, and sending the certificate to the User.
– Additional fees may apply for re-sending the certificate or other services performed by the Organizer on behalf of the User.
– If the User does not complete the course (theoretical classes, practical classes, first aid classes, and final exam) before the course end date, the payment is forfeited and non-refundable.
**§ 5**
User registration includes:
– Acceptance of the course Terms and Conditions.
– Accurate completion of the Registration Form.
– Confirmation of registration by clicking a special link sent by the Platform. Full access is granted after this confirmation and login.
– Registered Users can modify their data in the User Profile.
**§ 6**
Submitting the Registration Form confirms the authenticity and accuracy of the data, as well as agreement to the Terms and Conditions, acknowledging its binding nature.
**§ 7**
– The course author reserves the right to refuse user registration.
– The author also reserves the right to block users violating the Terms. In such cases, users are not entitled to compensation for lack of access to the paid hybrid course. Account reactivation may occur upon a written statement of compliance.
– It is strictly prohibited to share passwords or confidential information among course participants, risking removal without a refund.
– If a participant is found not engaging with the full course material (e.g., only taking tests), it will be seen as an attempt of fraud, leading to removal without a refund.
– The course is hybrid; therefore, all learning must occur online and in person. Opening files in more than three tabs at once is prohibited.
– Each participant must learn from their own account. If multiple users are on one computer, they must use the course individually.
– To pass, participants must meet four conditions: pass all tests, complete practical sessions, thoroughly review each course file, and engage with the materials genuinely (applicable to teachers, directors, students, instructors, etc.).
– Participants not attending scheduled practical sessions may face course failure without a refund.
– Study pattern should be: lesson 1 -> test 1, lesson 2 -> test 2, etc.
– “Green checks” indicate only file openings, not full engagement.
– Each file must be reviewed entirely. Exceptions are non-mandatory “help” files.
– Participant activity is checked by the Organizer at the course end.
– Repeated regulation violations, even after a written statement, will lead to permanent account blocking without compensation.
– Refusal or account blocking results in denied Platform access except for public sections.
**§ 8**
– The author commits to using user-provided data for intended purposes and not disclosing it to third parties unless legally mandated.
– An exception allows processing data for marketing, including commercial information via email, mobile, or address.
– Users can block email notifications in their User Profile.
– Users consent to sharing information with partners for proper service delivery, with relevant provisions applied.
**§ 9**
– Users can request deregistration by emailing ekursy.henc@gmail.com with: “Please deregister me from the eWychowawca.pl database. I understand this is irreversible and results in losing access to the paid course.”
**III. User Obligations**
**§ 10**
– Users must comply with these Terms, applicable Polish law, and accepted Internet norms.
– Violations include publishing obscene or offensive content, leading to user liability and damage compensation.
**§ 11**
– Users acknowledge important course information will be posted on the Platform and deemed properly delivered.
– Users must inform eWychowawca.pl of any registration data changes.
**IV. Technical Reservations**
**§ 12**
– The author does not guarantee error-free, complete information transmission over the Internet.
– The author is not liable for damages from transmission system faults.
– For security or other reasons, course access may be temporarily restricted, without liability for availability constraints.
– Technical requirements: sound card, speakers, OS: Windows 98 and newer, screen resolution at least 800×600 pixels. The course works with browsers like IE 6.0 or higher, Mozilla, or Opera.
**V. Final Provisions**
**§ 13**
– Registered Users consent to receiving information electronically, deemed effectively delivered.
**§ 14**
– Any changes to the Terms will be posted on the Platform.
– Changes become binding 14 days after posting for registered users, and immediately for others using the course.
**§ 15**
– User rights and obligations cannot be transferred without prior written consent.
**§ 16**
– The Terms are interpreted per applicable Polish law.
**§ 17**
– Disputes with the author will be resolved by the General Court in Głogów.
– Disputes between users and course organizers will also be resolved by the General Court in Głogów.
**§ 18**
– The author may enter separate agreements with Training Companies and Trainers, having precedence over these Terms.
